My name is Lucrezia Pessina, I am 21 years old and I am attending the third year of BIEM. Thanks to FBA I have been able to establish professional relations and friendships with people interested and motivated to deepen their knowledge in family businesses. Indeed, it is an importante patrimony especially for Italy, whose strenght resides in family-owned firms and it therefore needs to be enriched and safeguarded by younger generations.
By taking advantage of the opportunity to gather and discuss between students offered by Bocconi, I weekly have the possibility to share ideas with my teammates and improve our learning, with the aim of sharing such achievements.
MARIA DOMENICA LEONE
My name is Maria Domenica, I am 22 years old, I graduated in Business Administration and Management and now I am attending the Master in Administration, Finance and Control. During my university studies I developed a particular interest in the consulting world, in which i would like to work, in particular management control. I have been member of Family Business Association since September 2017. To be a part of this association makes me able to meet new people and develop my interest in family realities. From the first moment I felt welcomed and I have created sincere friendships thanks to the lively and stimulating reality that I found.
UMBERTO TONIOLO
My name is Umberto Toniolo, and I am a second-year Business Management student at Bocconi University. My interest in family business comes mainly from my peculiar background: having my parents run a family-owned business has given me exposure to the continuous challenges of managing an enterprise since an early age. This has allowed to grow a deep interest in the entrepreneurship's world, and here in FBA I have found the perfect association where I can pursue this passion. I have found a group of tallente and friendly students where I can make new connections, talk about several issues concertino the family business and meet some of the best professionale on this subject.
MATTEO SANSONE
Born and raised in Casale Monferrato (AL), but currently living in Milano. I’m attending the secondo year of the BSc in Business Administration and Management at Bocconi University.Currently, I’m a member of PR & events division. I decided to be part of FBA because family businesses represent the first source of development in all Italian key-sectors. Moreover, I want to develop better understanding of family businesses winning attitudes, share my ideas and values with all the associate.
ALESSANDRA D'ALESSANDRO
I am Alessandra D’Alessandro and I’m enrolled in the first year of Msc in Accounting, Finance and Control. Nowadays I am member of the tax and legal division. I decided to join FBA association due to my strong interest in the family business issue. Since I was a child I had the pleasure to get close to the family business world, that is the real driving force of the Italian economy, and this was the starting point of a great passion that goes beyond the curricular requirements. Join FBA association is for me a great opportunity to deepen my knowledge of this interesting world and to share my passion and experience with the other associates.

I am Giulia Defendi and I am attending the third year of the bachelor program in Economics and Management at Bocconi University. I decided to join FBA association due to my deep interest in the family business world, which has been part of my life for many years. This is for me a great opportunity to deepen my knowledge about one of the most important topi in the Italiane economy and to meet new people. Being part of Tax & Legal division, I will have the possibility to test my skills and share my experience with the other associates. My name is Andrea Rapetti, I am 23 years old and I am attendino the first year of master's degree in Management in English. I have begun the experience in Family Business Association because I am very passionate about this kind of entrepreneurship that characterizes our country.
