My name is Eleonora Mangia and I attend the first year of the Bachelor in Economics and Management.I have joined the Family Business Association since I believe it to be the ideal environment to understand from a closer point of view the reality of Italian business and the mechanisms that lie behind the management of family firms. In particular, I chose the HR team because I think that the human factor is one of the core elements to create value inside a company. Since every production process is carried out by and for people, in order to run a successful business I think that trying to understand people’s behavior and potential is a crucial matter. Some of my personal interests are foreign cultures, arts and international trade.
SOFIA ANGELONI
My name is Sofia Angeloni, I’m 20 year-old and I attend the second year of bachelor in Economics Sciences at Bocconi University. I come from Perugia and I have been living in Milan since last year.
I like studying subjects which deal with management and finance topics, I’m very interested in what happens in the different markets of the world and I am extremely fascinated by how behavior that people keep in front of problems changes depending on what is their country of origin.
I’m a new member of the Bocconi Students for Family Business Association and I’m very curious to discover this new group!

My name is Maria Giulia Pansini and I am 21. I am attending the last year of the bachelor degree in Economics and Management. Family Business Association was my first experience in an association. Being part of FBA allowed me to better know a very interesting reality thanks to a direct contact with some italian succesfull firms and to share all of this with brilliant and enthusiastic people.

My name is Luca Di Chiano, I am 22 and I live in Milan. I am currently enrolled at the third year of Bachelor in Business Administration and Management. I decided to join Family Business Association only in the last semester, pushed by the willing of starting a new activity, going more deeply on this subject and meeting other people with my same interests. Indeed, I found a very stimulating environment made up by students who cares about creating something that can enrich our university life. I value myself as a dynamic and very ambitious person who tries to take always the most from every situation.

My name is Federica Termine and I study for the MSc in Management. I love combining study with various extracurricular activities, that is why I decided to join FBA on September 2017. I am very proud to be part of this family, welcoming and exciting. I think that only with a direct approach to entrepreneurs and companies it is possible to discover the various facet of the success of family business, a such important part of the italian market.
